How can we help?

Plain answers to common insurance questions.
What's the difference between term and permanent life insurance?

Term life covers you for a set number of years, like 10, 20, or 30, and usually costs less. Permanent life lasts your whole life and can build cash value, but costs more.

What does 'underwriting' mean?

It's how an insurance company reviews your information — like age and health — to decide whether to offer coverage and at what price.

Is getting a quote a commitment?

No. Answering questions and reviewing options doesn't sign you up for anything.

Who actually issues my policy?

Policies are issued by licensed insurance companies. We'll always show you who before you apply.
